    • Outputs may also be offensive or unexpected and do not reflect the views of Vakeels.ai or OMILOS Solution Private Limited.
    • Model providers embed safety mechanisms to block certain prompts and outputs, but these systems are not infallible.
  • Prohibited Uses: Use of Vakeels.ai for illegal, harmful, regulated, or sexually explicit purposes is strictly prohibited.
  • No Liability: We disclaim all responsibility for decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

7. Children’s Privacy & Age Restrictions

  • Use of Vakeels.ai is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
  • By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

  • If we are unable to verify your age, or if verification indicates you are under 18, your access to the App will be permanently terminated.
