For employers

Your employees' rights, explained.

Plain-language snaps on workplace rights, starting with sexual harassment at work, that your HR team and Internal Committee can share with staff.

What the law asks of you

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 — the POSH Act — requires employers to run awareness programmes for employees on what the law provides, and to set up an Internal Committee at every office with 10 or more employees.

LegalSnaps is information, not legal advice or a compliance service. Sharing it does not by itself meet these duties, but it can help your people understand them.
