Maulshree Pathak is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India with an independent practice in criminal, constitutional, and public law. She represents accused persons in death-penalty and complex criminal cases, and regularly appears before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and trial courts. Her experience spans constitutional litigation, environmental law, industrial disputes, property disputes, and white-collar crimes. Previously, she worked with leading senior advocates gaining extensive trial and appellate experience. She has served as Law Clerk to Justice V. Gopala Gowda at the Supreme Court. Academically, she holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from NLU Delhi and an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford.
